Replaces some tags with the time that has passed since Windows was started (uptime).

This script adds the following tags to Messenger:
Tag - Replaced by:
%MILLISECONDS - Milliseconds
%SECONDS - Seconds
%MINUTES - Minutes
%HOURS - Hours

Use this tags in your messages or put them in a quicktext.
