| If you are online from your notebook, WhereAreYou will query WMI to know your current network connection SSID or wired network gateway IP and will change your status, name, personal message, and display picture according to where you are connected from (home, work, etc). UPDATE: fixed when switching connections from wireless to LAN, also added browsing for Display picture (and showing selected display picture for profile). How to use this script: - Make sure you have Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live installed. - Download the script, open it, accept the warning and press Import. - Click on the Messenger Plus! logo in your contactlist. - Click on WhereAreYou, and choose Edit Configuration. |
